What is love?
Despite what science has taught us, generally people do not want to understand the true nature of the most powerful force in the world.
Rather they believe in the Hollywood myth - glamour, physical beauty, poetic passion; the chase, the capture and the surrender.
It may be thrilling but it can never be love.
Well at least that is what I believe.
There will less heartache and disillusion in relationships if we open ourselves to a deeper and abiding love.
By sponteneouly expressing our real self and create an enviroment which allows us to flourish intellectually and emotionally.
The more we can be comfortable with our real self infront of our partner, the more deeply we can love.
There should never be fear of misunderstanding.
Do you ever feel you're in love because of the way he/she makes you feel?
But do you know that love should not be delight in "ME" but a self-realization together in "US"?
Two mutually infatuated people can want each other desperately without love from blind delight.
And you know true love is not so blind.
It sees faults as well as virtues, accepting the fact that no one is perfect.
Let's face the differences in each other's energy and tempo and that it'll annoy us both till we learn to deal with them.
It's despite these difficulties, we see so much value in each other that we can surely create a life far better than what either of us could achieve alone.
Frustrations are inevitable and understanding is key.
A deep and abiding love is the emotional response to an intellctual recoganition of the truth of another.
Its development is a irregular one.
The art of love is patience till the spring returns.
Real love grows as years go by.
The very experience of loving will lead to the discovery of how to love better.
